SUSTAINABILITY
Adding value to something that would become waste, impacting the environment is already a sustainable act. But at Razzo, good practices are present in all production processes, from raw materials to the final product.
Recycling
The raw material for all Razzo products comes from the recycling of by-products of animal origin collected in slaughterhouses, butchers and supermarkets. Every day, a large volume of waste is no longer discarded in nature to become soap, soap, glycerin, bone meal and noodles.

Reverse logistic
To compensate for post-consumer waste, those generated by consumers, Razzo since 2017 has maintained a partnership with “Eu Reciclo” - an entity with more than 110 recycling operators in Brazil associated with waste pickers, recyclers and transformers.

Gas Emission Reduction
It renews its own collection truck fleet every three years in order to reduce the emission of gases into the atmosphere. Just as all waste produced at the manufacturing unit is collected by an electric vehicle, with zero carbon generation and disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.

Effluent Treatment

Razzo treats 100% of liquid effluents with its own treatment plant with a capacity of 15m³/hour and 98% efficiency in eliminating pollutants, reducing the environmental impact to zero.
Elimination of Odors
Razzo was the first in Latin America to install a high-capacity gas washer, which uses microorganisms to encapsulate odorous molecules such as carboxine and putrexine, in order to eliminate 100% of the odors in its production process of grease.

Health and wellness
The health and well-being of Razzo employees are priorities. Therefore, we have a SESMT (Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine), an active team that monitors all manufacturing and administrative processes, predicting risk situations for accidents or occupational diseases.
